Censorship does (not) take

Censorship is yes, put quite simply, the institutionalized political attempt to prevent the dissemination of information. And as such is in "modern" societies, of course, frowned upon.What politicians - such as the Texas governor (and aspirants to the White House) Rick Perry - does not prevent it but to try every now and then. Like its predecessor, and (party) friend George W.
